Hellboy II is a very fun movie. It has likable characters, good action, good humor and a very strong imagination (but that is to be expected from the director of Pan’s Labyrinth). It may just seem like another super hero movie in a year where men in iron suits, green giants and flying Will Smiths seem to flood the big screen, but Hellboy II is actually my favorite of the bunch so far. To honor the release of The Dark Knight, I have decided to review a few super hero films leading up to the highly anticipated Batman Begins sequel. I plan on reviewing.
